CATS Policies:

PRIVACY POLICY
CATS has never, and will never, sell or provide your personal information to a third party. The information you provide to us is between us only.

 

RETURN POLICY
It is our desire to provide the best service possible. We will gladly replace any defective item.

    Within 15 days of the receipt of your order, you may return products that:

    1. Are in their original packaging

    2. Have original manufacturers information

    3. Are returned with the original receipt

    4. Are not used, installed, or disassembled

    5. Are not damaged due to incorrect installation

    6. Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions

    The following orders are not returnable:

    1. Parts that were ordered using a customer provided part numbers.

    2. Custom orders or special orders.

    3. Parts that were shipped because of incorrect information given to us by the customer.


A Returns Goods Authorization number must accompany all returns. To request your RGA number, please contact CATS.

Returns not containing a CATS RGA number
on the outside of the package will not be accepted. Authorized retums must be received within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Once we have received your return, we conduct an inspection of the returned item(s), and verified that your return meets the above guidelines. If everything is in order a credit will be issued. The cost of shipping will be credited on your next order in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to CATS will not be returned. Items not purchased from CATS will not be accepted.

Core returns
If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value please contact CATS prior to returning the core. Please note:

    1. All fluids must be drained from the core

    2. Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you

    3. The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed

    4. Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able

    5. Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Refunds
We will issue a credit for returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
What to do if your product has been damaged in shipment:

 1. If it is visibly damaged please make a notation on the delivery documents.

 2. If your shipment is damaged, contact CATS for instruction, and call the company that delivered the package(s) to inform them of your findings. All CATS shipments are insured

All parts sold by CATS are guaranteed by the manufactured CATS supplies parts from major manufactures only. Those parts are guaranteed for workmanship by the manufacture. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, notify CATS
